Sri Pertiwi Home Ownership
Household Gross Monthly Income of RM 4,000 - RM 10,000
Sarawakian or Sarawak Permanent Resident
No Age Limit
Only ONE (1) Sri Pertiwi House for ONE (1) Household
Sri Pertiwi's Homeowner is not allowed to Sell the Property within a period of FIVE (5) years from the Date of Issuance of the "Occupation Permit"
